Houston Pavillions Project According to developer Bill Denton, the Houston Pavilions will be a mixed-use development that will occupy 4 downtown city blocks between Main Street and the George R. Brown Convention Center. The project will consist of 350,000 square feet of multi-level retail, spanning 3 city blocks, connected by retail bridges. Houston Pavilions will feature a 200,000 square foot office building and a 140 unit condominium tower. The project will be “building downtown, downtown” according to Denton. The Pavilions concept looks “to bring powerful, unique tenants, exclusive to Houston” to serve the entire metropolitan area. With early, committed tenants like the House of Blues, making this development a destination is already well on its way.
