BEC –Building Enclosure Committee
The BEC committee addresses m ethods of controlling moisture in building construction, which has become extremely important to owners, architects, engineers and contractors. The objective of controlling moisture movement is to prevent building envelope problems before they occur.
Meetings: The BEC Houston Committee is on the third Tuesday of each month unless otherwise
noted.
